Applications

Hydraulic valves have many different applications in agriculture irrigation as well as potable water distribution and industrial processes.

Hydraulic valves perform different functions depending on the equipment:

  • Manual valve
  • Electrical valve
  • Pressure reducing, pressure sustaining
  • Security valve
  • etc

Technical features

  • Material of metal valves: Cast iron GG25
  • Material of plastic valves: PA 66 fiber glass reinforced
  • Coating: Powder polyester.
  • Maximum working Pressure: 16 kg. /cm2
  • Diaphragm: Natural rubber or EPDM on request
  • Threated valves: 1 1/2″, 2″, 2 1/2″, 3″, 4″ BSP (NPT under order)
  • Grooved valves: 2”, 3” and 4”
  • Flanged valves: DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200, DN250 & DN300. DIN 2576 & DIN 2502 (others under order)

Advantages

  • Low pressure losses
  • Easy maintenance
  • Simplicity of construction
  • Slow opening and closing to avoid hydraulic ham
  • Little turbulence thanks to the hydrodynamic profile
  • Great solidity
  • Coating with powder polyester that minimizes the corrosion
  • Stainless steel spring
  • Possibility of operating with dirty water
