Pressure reducing threaded valve with electrical control and metal pilot

Description

Hydraulic control valve used to reduce the inlet pressure to a preset lower level pressure in the outlet by means of a three way metal reducing pilot incorporated. The control of the valve is done by means of a 3/2 solenoid incorporated. When the solenoid opens the valve it starts to control the outlet pressure and maintains it constant without being affected from upstream flow and pressure variations. The signal might be coming from a Controller, main switch, PLC, etc.
When upstream pressure value is lower than the downstream preset pressure value, the valve opens completely.

Applications

Downstream pressure control.
